Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Customers can request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order or before the service/product has been dispatched/processed. To cancel an order, please contact us at tokencartin@gmail.com.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are eligible under the following conditions:

• If the order is cancelled within the permitted cancellation timeframe.
• If the transaction was completed twice due to a technical error.
• If we are unable to deliver the promised service or digital/physical item.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be initiated immediately. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account / UPI / Card) within 5 to 7 business days.
